Shipping & Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, estimated delivery takes 5–22 business days depending on your location and carrier. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your EverGleam Vine is on its way, so you can follow it every step of the way. Orders are fulfilled in the order they're received — during peak holiday periods, processing and delivery times may run slightly longer, so we recommend ordering early to make sure your lights arrive in time for the season.
